Ingredients
  • 1 (10-oz.) Marketside Crinkle Cut Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 (7-oz.) white boiler onions, peeled and halved
  • 2 fresh jalapenos, seeded and minced
  • 3-4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt, black pepper
  • Balsamic glaze
Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with heavy duty foil and spray with PAM.
  2. Spread the potatoes on the sheet to make one even layer.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. With your hands, mix well to coat and spread again.
  4. Top with onions and jalapenos.
  5. Drizzle with more olive oil and add a little more salt and pepper.
  6. Lay the rosemary sprigs across top.
  7. Drizzle with more olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  8. Bake 450 oven for 15-20 minutes, until potatoes and onions are tender. You can stir the potatoes around about half way through cooking.
  9. Remove from oven, taste for seasoning.
  10. Drizzle with more balsamic glaze.
