SIMPLY THE BEST NO-BAKE COOKIE AND CREAM BARS
¼ c. butter, melted
2 ½ c. finely crushed chocolate Oreos (about 25 cookies)
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
7 oz. marshmallow crème
1 t. vanilla
1 c. coarsely crumbled chocolate Oreos (about 7-8 cookies)
- Stir together the melted butter and crushed cookies in a medium bowl.
- Line the bottom and sides of a 9” square pan with foil, leaving a 2” overhang on all sides.
- Lightly grease oil with PAM.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of pan.
- Beat cream cheese, marshmallow cream and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium until light and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the 1 c. coarsely crumbled cookies.
- Add the cream cheese mixture to the pan, spreading evenly over cookie crust.
- Cover with saran wrap and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Lift mixture from pan using foil overhang.
- Cut into bars.
- Garnish with more coarsely crumbled cookies, if desired.
