Simply the Best No-Bake Cookie and Cream Bars
¼ c. butter, melted
2 ½ c. finely crushed chocolate Oreos (about 25 cookies)
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
7 oz. marshmallow crème
1 t. vanilla
1 c. coarsely crumbled chocolate Oreos (about 7-8 cookies)
1. Stir together the melted butter and crushed cookies in a medium bowl.
2. Line the bottom and sides of a 9” square pan with foil, leaving a 2” overhang on all sides.
3. Lightly grease oil with PAM.
4. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of pan.
5. Beat cream cheese, marshmallow cream and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium until light and fluffy.
6. Gently fold in the 1 c. coarsely crumbled cookies.
7. Add the cream cheese mixture to the pan, spreading evenly over cookie crust.
8. Cover with saran wrap and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
9. Lift mixture from pan using foil overhang.
10. Cut into bars.
11. Garnish with more coarsely crumbled cookies, if desired.
