Rolo Pretzel Bites

Ingredients

96 miniature pretzels
48 Rolo chocolates

Instructions

Preheat oven 350.
Place unbroken mini-knotted pretzels in one layer on a baking sheet.
Place one unwrapped Rolo chocolates on top of each pretzel.
Place baking sheet into oven for 2 minutes, until chocolate gets shiny, but still hold their shape.
Remove baking sheet from oven.
Place another unbroken pretzel on top of the candy. Press down.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 10-15 minutes or until chocolate is reset.
Remove from the baking sheet with a spatula.

Notes

*****Very important not to remove from the baking sheet until the chocolate is set. If not it will smear.
