Rolo Pretzel Bites
Ingredients
- 96 miniature pretzels
- 48 Rolo chocolates
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350.
- Place unbroken mini-knotted pretzels in one layer on a baking sheet.
- Place one unwrapped Rolo chocolates on top of each pretzel.
- Place baking sheet into oven for 2 minutes, until chocolate gets shiny, but still hold their shape.
- Remove baking sheet from oven.
- Place another unbroken pretzel on top of the candy. Press down.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 10-15 minutes or until chocolate is reset.
- Remove from the baking sheet with a spatula.
Notes
*****Very important not to remove from the baking sheet until the chocolate is set. If not it will smear.
