Today’s VEGGIE TREAT is GREEN GIANT MARINATED VEGGIES which include EGGPLANT, PEPPERS AND ZUCCHINI! A FOODIE/FRIEND told me about this. I thought it was quite good. It is something so easy to whip up and serve over pasta or as a side with any grilled item. Worth the whirl!
