Today’s Menu:
Gadget: Non Stick Cheese Knife
Good Morning Foodies! First thing this morning, I need to send birthday wishes out to two of my family members. The first is, my son-in-law, AL MOREAU. He is married to my baby daughter, CHARLOTTE and the father to their three beautiful children, AVA GRACE, AIDAN AND LUKE! The second goes out to my oldest GRAND PEEP—COURTNEY ELISE MORROW! Sh…e will be “SWEET SIXTEEN”! COURTNEY is the daughter of my son, CRAIG and beautiful daughter-in-law, NICOLE. Oh, yes and COURTNEY will be the new driver on the street! We all know that day! I hope they have the most wonderful day!
Today’s repeat menu is using that new wonderful veggie—BUTTERNUT SQUASH! Since I now can buy them already cubed and ready to cook, it has made my life so much easier. You need a saw mill to cut open one of those puppies!
Today’s gadget from E’s Kitchen in Lafayette, LA is the “NON-STICK CHEESE KNIFE”! Oh yes, I need this gadget. Soft cheese and butter are no challenge for the non-stick knife. The textured blade slices through cheese, brownies, marshmallow treats or other dessert treats with ease. The straight blade tip doubles as a spreader for the softened butter and more.
YEP, THIS WOULD MAKE ENTERTAINING MUCH EASIER!!!!
