Good Morning Foodies: When I saw the repeat menu today, I almost pulled it because it was made with crabs. I was thinking, where can you get crabs at this time of year, but sure enough there are places still selling them. I don’t know about you but growing up we only had crabs at Easter time and spring. How did this come about!!!!!!!!!!! So if you can find them, now is the time to enjoy this fabulous dish. Great dish for this upcoming nice cool weekend! I can hear the gumbo pots rattling from here.
This week the gadget from E’S KITCHEN in Lafayette, LA is the ECO CLASSIC HERB SAVOR. I was thinking this is a great idea since the fall weather seems to limit the growth of some herbs I use.
