Today I am sharing a tip with you! There is a video that shows the most ingenious and easiest way to peel potatoes! First you take a knife and place in center of potato and twirl potato so that the knife cuts a complete circle around the potato, through the skin. Place the potato in pot and boil like you normally would. Once you remove potato from boiling water, let rest a few minutes and you simply pull the skin off and there is the best boiled potato ever. This method allows the flavor of the skin to infuse into the potato while cooking. The best part is there is no loss in the potato like you get when you peel before boiling. Most efficient, quickest peeling and you don’t waste any potato! Bravo!
