Prosciutto and Cheese Wrapped Figs
Ingredients
- 4 ozs. good quality Brie cheese
- 4 ozs. good quality gorgonzola cheese
- 1 large fresh figs, sliced in half
- 12 thin slices prosciutto, cut in half
- Good quality Balsamic glaze, optional
Instructions
- Slice the cheese into small square slabs.
- Top each cut side of a fig with a piece of cheese.
- Wrap each fig up with half slice of prosciutto.
- Secure with toothpick.
- Arrange on platter and drizzle with glaze or serve glaze in a serving bowl on side.
