Ingredients
  • 1 large rotisserie chicken
  • 12 ozs. Tabasco sauce
  • 16 ozs. Cream cheese
  • 16 ozs. Ranch dressing (your favorite)
  • 1 c. finely diced celery
  • 8 ozs. Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Shred the chicken into flaky pieces and place in a baking dish.
  2. Cover the chicken with the hot sauce and toss to coat. (You can add more or put less of the hot sauce, depending on how hot you like it.)
  3. In a saucepan, melt cream cheese and blend in ranch dressing. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  5. Cover the sauce with the celery.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes and serve with your favorite chips and crackers.

*****You can change up the selection of cheese to top it. Peanut said she got this recipe from my sister-in-law, Becky Morrow Cato. I knew it would be good because both these gals can stir a mean pot!
