“Ole-Bay Seasoning Grilled Steak Fries
Ingredients
- Old Bay Seasoning, amount will vary with how much you use
- 6 large Idaho potatoes, cleaned
- Salt
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Place potatoes in pot of cold salted water.
- Cook until tender but firm, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain, cool and cut each potato lengthwise into 8 slices.
- Heat grill to high.
- Brush the slices with olive oil and rub with Old Bay Seasoning.
- Grill until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-8 minutes.
