No-Fuss Crock Pot Ranch Pork Chops

NO-FUSS CROCKPOT RANCH PORK CHOPS
4-6 bone-in pork chops (1” thick)
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 packet dry Good Seasons ’Ranch Dressing
4-6 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
8 oz. fresh green beans
¼-1/2 c. red wine
Salt, red/black pepper
Olive oil
1. Season chops with salt and peppers. In skillet, drizzle bottom with olive oil and put over medium heat. Sear chops 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside.
2. Mix together the soup, ranch dressing, mushrooms, celery, bell pepper, onion and green beans.
3. Place the chops in 6-8 quart crockpot and pour the soup mixture over the chops.
4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours. Season gravy if needed.
