No-Bake Shamrock Shake Pie

NO-BAKE SHAMROCK SHAKE PIE
2 (3.4-0z.) box vanilla instant pudding mix
2 c. milk
8 oz. Cool-Whip, thawed, more for garnish at end
½ t. mint extract
16 drops green food coloring
Graham Cracker Pie crust, store bought
Maraschino cherries, garnish

  1. In bowl, mix together pudding and milk, until well combined.
  2. Add Cool-whip, mint extract and food coloring.
  3. Pour mixture into pie crust.
  4. Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Serve with more Cool-Whip and cherries.
