Hopefully, APRIL 1ST, didn’t make a FOOL OF YOU! Not so sure of this date and the importance of it. I know it is a date you don’t want to be born on or get married on! At least my parents, were aware of that and had me on APRIL 4th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Needless to say, MOTHER NATURE had her say so these past few days! The weekend started out beautifully after the BIG RAIN POUR last week but here it came again. I sure hope all you FOODIES are safe and sound!

This will be the last week of posting until after EASTER! Next week is the beginning of HOLY WEEK. I know most of you will be busy getting ready for all the events that occur at that time. Today’s menu is a nice and refreshing one to have on hand. Feeds a small or large crowd, nicely.
