New York Cherry Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 2 c. finely crushed OREO cookies (about 20)
- 3 T. butter
- 5 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 T. flour
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 (21-oz.) can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Heat oven 325.
- Line 13x9” pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
- Mix crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom of pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla with mixer until well blended.
- Add sour cream and mix well.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
- Pour over crust.
- Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Cool completely.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting into squares to serve.
- Top with pie filling. Keep refrigerate and covered with saran wrap.
