Ingredients
  • 2 c. finely crushed OREO cookies (about 20)
  • 3 T. butter
  • 5 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 T. flour
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (21-oz.) can cherry pie filling
Instructions
  1. Heat oven 325.
  2. Line 13x9” pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  3. Mix crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom of pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla with mixer until well blended.
  5. Add sour cream and mix well.
  6. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
  7. Pour over crust.
  8. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  11. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting into squares to serve.
  12. Top with pie filling. Keep refrigerate and covered with saran wrap.
Notes
*****You can use different pie fillings to change it up.
