Mega Everything Bagel Cheese Ball

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. white cheddar, grated
4 oz. sour cream
1/3 c. minced red onion
8 oz. smoked salmon, chopped
3 T. capers, drained
1 T. dried dill
1 T. toasted sesame seeds
1 T. poppy seeds
1 T. dried garlic

1. Combine cream cheese, cheddar, sour cream and red onion into a bowl of food processor. Process until smooth.
2. Gently fold in salmon, capers and dill until mixed well.
3. Scrape cream cheese mixture onto parchment paper lined baking sheet.
4. Using lightly moistened hands, shape cream cheese mixture into a ball.
5. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour, or until it can be easily rolled.
6. Whisk together sesame seeds, poppy seeds and garlic in small mixing bowl until evenly combined.
7. Spread mixture evenly on a rimmed baking sheet.
8. Roll the cheese ball in seed mixture to evenly coat.
9. Place ball on serving platter and serve with bagel chips.
