MARTINI PRACTICE!

Good Morning Foodies! Okay so next Monday, November 10th, I will be judging “DEATH BY CHOCOLATE” MARTINI CONTEST! Really not sure how this works. I am thinking after 1 or 2 of those delicious drinks—I will not really care which is best! Tough job but someone has to do it, right! The event is held at the PETROLEUM CLUB in the Oil Center in Lafayette, LA. It is from 6-9 PM.

This event will feature chocolate inspired dishes from local restaurants and chefs, a chocolate martini contest, live and silent auction and music.
Sounds like a very interesting evening. If you are interested in attending you can call (337)232-4277, ext. 1 for further information. Tickets are sold at the door based on availability. This is put on to benefit THE ACADIANA SYMPHONY.
Do I even have to mention that LSU plays BAMA this coming Saturday, in TIGER STADIUM. Kickoff starts at 7 pm. You know LSU was fined $5000.00 for storming the field after the OLE MISS game. The athletic director, Joe Aleve, said he gladly pay for another storming of the field. He had to recant that. Of course, this time it will be $25,000 and the third time is $50,000. We shall see.
The WHO DAT NATION plays the SF 49’s in the SUPER DOME on Sunday. Should be a very interesting game.

Now that you see what I am facing this coming weekend—BRING ON THE MARTINIS ON MONDAY—FEEL LIKE I AM GOING TO NEED THEM!
