Good Morning Foodies! What a weekend! I can say I loved the weather! FOOTBALL——–Well my TIGERS BEAT THEMSELVES!! I see this team getting better and better. Always next year! So then here comes the SAINTS GAME! DON’T’ LIKE OVERTIME GAMES! Just too much excitement for one weekend!
The next two weeks I will be posting menus that might help with the upcoming THANKSGIVING HOLIDAYS! I just can’t believe it is here already. This year just seems to be flying by. It won’t be long before you know what is here! Some of the menus will show use for the leftover “GOBBLE-GOBBLE”. I am one of those crazy people that love leftover TURKEY. There are so many great things you can do with it.
Tonight is the DEATH BY CHOCOLATE event at the Petroleum Club in Lafayette from 6-9 pm. I am so looking forward to this. I think I will see some very creative dishes that incorporate chocolate, especially in the appetizer and entrée categories. The CHOCOLATE MARTINIS should prove to be very interesting also.
