Marinated Shrimp, Garlic, and Olives
Ingredients
- 2-4 lbs. boiled shrimp
- 1 (4-oz.) container of fresh garlic cloves
- 1 (5.75-oz.) can pitted black olives, drained
- 4 green onions, chopped
- ½ c. LaMartinique Balsamic Vinaigrette
- ½ c. LaMatinique French Vinaigrette
- Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
- Juice of 2 limes
- Sea salt
- Mrs. Dash’s Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic and olives.
- Add the vinaigrettes, lime juice, salt and spicy seasoning blend. Mix well.
- Add the green onions and mix.
- Let marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, place in colander and drain off marinade.
- Place in your serving dish and drizzle with the Sriracha sauce, if desired.
Notes
*****You can omit olives or substitute with your favorite olives. Also the Sriracha is one you can omit or leave in.
