Know your Chiles!

Today I will share a chart with you! It is the GUIDE TO COMMON FRESH HOT CHILES. Most of the spice in any dish comes from several types of chilies. Most chilies are easy to find and well-stocked in the supermarkets. The problem is that they are often mislabeled. Hopefully this CHART will help. I love all CHILIES. I like to experiment with them.
