JOLLY HOLLY CHRISTMAS TREE CHEESE BALL
½ lb. grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
3 oz. crumbled Blue cheese
4 oz. softened cream cheese
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. grated onion
Red pepper
1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
½ c. chopped parsley
¼ c. chopped fresh dill
1 fresh pomegranate seeds
- Mix all ingredients except parsley and dill.
- Roll into one Christmas tree shape.
- Wrap in saran and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
- Remove saran. Mix the dill and parsley.
- Press the mixture of dill and parsley all over the tree shape and place the tree on your serving platter.
- Using the pomegranate seeds, push into tree shape to make it look like red ornaments on tree.
- Recover with saran wrap and store in refrigerator. Let sit at room temperature one hour before serving.
- Serve with favorite crackers.
