
Indulging Dessert Ball
INDULGING DESSERT BALL
BALL:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ c. butter, softened
1 t. vanilla
¾ c. powdered sugar
¼ c. brown sugar
¾ c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 c. toffee bits
TOPPING:
½ c. pecans, chopped
1/3 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ c. toffee bits
1. BALL: Add cream cheese, butter, vanilla to mixing bowl and cream them with electric mixer.
2. Add powdered sugar and brown sugar to cream mixture and mix until fully combined.
3. Add ¾ c. chocolate chips and 1/3 of toffee bits and mix well.
4. Cover bowl and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
5. Place the cheese mixture on plastic wrap and cover, then gently press on the wrap to shape mixture into a ball.
6. TOPPING: Pour ½ c. pecans, 1/3 c. chocolate chips and toffee bits into a bowl and mix well.
7. Unwrap the dessert ball and place in the topping bowl, rolling it around until it is completely coated.
