Hidden Valley Ranch Appetizers
Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. (8-oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (1-oz.) Hidden Valley Ranch Original Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
- 2 green onions, minced
- 4 (12”) whole wheat flour tortillas (or your favorite)
- 1 jar (4-oz.) diced pimento, drained and blotted dry
- 1 can (4-oz.) diced green chilies, drained and blotted dry
- 1 can (2.25-oz.) sliced black olives
- 1 c. shredded Mexican blend cheese (or your favorite)
Instructions
- Fresh salsa
- Mix the first three ingredients.
- Spread evenly on the tortillas.
- Sprinkle even amount of pimento, chilies and black olives over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the pimento mixture layer.
- Roll tortillas tightly. Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Cut rolls into 1” pieces (discard ends).
- Serve along with fresh salsa for dipping.
Notes
*****Serve spiral side up. You can also serve with your favorite guacamole or ranch dressing. You can also change up the items you place on inside and the cheese selection. You can add seafood, meats, chicken, veggies, etc.
