Ingredients
  • 4 c. flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. butter, softened
  • ½ c. milk
  • ½ c. peach schnapps
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • 2 ½ c. diced fresh peaches
  • Vanilla ice cream or whipped topping
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 325.
  2. Place flour, sugar, butter, milk, schnapps, eggs and vanilla (in that order) into 4 qt. heavy duty electric stand mixer.
  3. Beat at low for 1 minute. Stopping to scrape down the sides.
  4. Beat at medium for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in peaches.
  6. Pour into greased and floured 10” Bundt or Tube pan.
  7. Bake for 1 hour and 30-35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan for 20 minutes.
  9. Remove from pan to wire rack and cool completely.
Notes
*****Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
