Good Morning Foodies! Typically, I do not post on Friday but today is a very special day. Today would have been my DAD’s 97th BIRTHDAY! To each and every one of us who knew him, whether it was—ANGELO, “LOLO”, BROTHER, DAD, PAW-PAW—he was the most amazing man and deserves a little birthday wish from his only child! The picture I am posting today is one of my al…l-time favorites. I know that many of my family and friends think that my son, CRAIG, is the spitting image of his father, but I have this picture, which shows he is the spitting image of my dad, his grandfather. The pictures of my DAD and my SON depicts that they are at the approximately the same age and in front of their very first cars—of course years apart.
