Ingredients
  • 4 slices of Pepperidge Farm Farmhouse Sourdough Bread or your favorite bread
  • Olive oil
  • 3 T. Honey Mustard salad dressing, your favorite, but use a good quality
  • 4 thick slices fontina cheese
  • 2 thick slices smoked turkey
  • 4 bread and butter pickle sandwich slices
Instructions
  1. Brush one side of bread with olive oil.
  2. Turn 2 bread slices, oil-side down. Spread each side facing up with 1 T. of salad dressing.
  3. Top each with 2 slices of cheese, with 1 slice of turkey between the two, add 2 pickle slices and place remaining bread slices, oil-side up.
  4. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Add sandwiches and cook for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides and cheese is melted. If you have a Panini machine, use it. If not the grill pan works and you just press down with a spatula.
