Grilled Fontina Turkey Panini
Ingredients
- 4 slices of Pepperidge Farm Farmhouse Sourdough Bread or your favorite bread
- Olive oil
- 3 T. Honey Mustard salad dressing, your favorite, but use a good quality
- 4 thick slices fontina cheese
- 2 thick slices smoked turkey
- 4 bread and butter pickle sandwich slices
Instructions
- Brush one side of bread with olive oil.
- Turn 2 bread slices, oil-side down. Spread each side facing up with 1 T. of salad dressing.
- Top each with 2 slices of cheese, with 1 slice of turkey between the two, add 2 pickle slices and place remaining bread slices, oil-side up.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Add sandwiches and cook for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides and cheese is melted. If you have a Panini machine, use it. If not the grill pan works and you just press down with a spatula.
