Ingredients
- 1 (46-oz.) can V-8 juice
- 2 c. water
- 1-2 c. chopped carrots
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 2 c. frozen cut green beans, thawed
- 1 c. chopped zucchini
- 2 T. sliced green onion
- 1 t. basil
- ½ t. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained, optional
- 1 (7 ¼-oz.) pkg. Macaroni and Cheese Dinner
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in pot.
- Simmer until pasta is done.
- Taste for seasoning.
Notes
*****It is ready to eat. This is a very thick soup. Great with a nice salad and hot bread.
You can change up the veggies and put ones that you like.
