Ingredients
  • 3 medium ripe avocados, peeled and cubed
  • ¼ c. finely chopped red onion
  • 1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • ¼ c. minced fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 3 T. fresh lime juice
  • Tabasco to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black bean tortilla chips
  • Sour cream, refried black beans, ripe olives, garnish
Instructions
  1. In bowl, mash avocado with a fork.
  2. Stir in onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice and salt.
  3. Add tabasco to taste. Mix well.
  4. Spoon the dip onto a platter. Shape into a rectangle.
  5. Place chips near top of head.
  6. Decorate face as desired with sour cream, beans and olives.
