Flavor Packed Bang-Bang Corn

FLAVOR PACKED BANG BANG CORN
½ c. sweet chili sauce
3 T. butter, melted
1 T. sriracha
2 T. minced garlic
Juice of 2 limes
Kosher salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
6 ears corn, husked
Cilantro or parsley, chopped for garnish
- Mix chili sauce, butter, sriracha, garlic and lime juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Slather mixture all over corn.
- Heat grill to medium-high
- Grill corn, turning and slathering with remaining bang bang sauce occasionally until slightly charred, about 10-15 minutes.
- Drizzle with any remaining sauce, garnish with cilantro and serve.
