Fantastic Oreo Truffles

FANTASTIC OREO TRUFFLES
38 chocolate Oreos, broken into large pieces
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
8 oz. white chocolate, chopped
8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
White sprinkles
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Add cookies to food processor and pulse to make fine crumbs.
- Add cream cheese and pulse to make pasty.
- Scoop and roll cookie mixture into 1” balls. Makes about 36.
- Refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes.
- Melt white and bittersweet chocolates separately in double boilers.
- Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
- Using a fork, dip half of balls in bittersweet chocolate and place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining balls in white chocolate. Let set for a few minutes.
- Drizzle tops with contrasting chocolate sprinkles
- Refrigerate until chocolate is set, at least 30 minutes.
- Store in tightly sealed container in refrigerator.
