Fantastic Oreo Truffles

FANTASTIC OREO TRUFFLES
38 chocolate Oreos, broken into large pieces
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
8 oz. white chocolate, chopped
8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
White sprinkles

  1. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Add cookies to food processor and pulse to make fine crumbs.
  3. Add cream cheese and pulse to make pasty.
  4. Scoop and roll cookie mixture into 1” balls. Makes about 36.
  5. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes.
  6. Melt white and bittersweet chocolates separately in double boilers.
  7. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
  8. Using a fork, dip half of balls in bittersweet chocolate and place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining balls in white chocolate. Let set for a few minutes.
  9. Drizzle tops with contrasting chocolate sprinkles
  10. Refrigerate until chocolate is set, at least 30 minutes.
  11. Store in tightly sealed container in refrigerator.
