
Fan-Favorite Nacho Pie

FAN-FAVORITE NACHO PIE
4 c. Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips, coarsely crushed
1 lb. ground beef
½ c. chopped onion
1 (16-oz.) can chili beans, undrained, warmed
1 (8-oz.) can salsa
Salt/black pepper to taste
1 T. ground cumin
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese or your favorite cheese
Garnish with chopped jalapenos, sour cream, etc.
- Preheat oven 375.
- Place chips in lightly greased 9” pie plate and set aside.
- In large skillet, over medium heat, cook and crumble beef and onion until meat is no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain grease from skillet. Season the mixture with salt, black pepper and cumin.
- Spoon meat over the chips.
- Top meat with beans, salsa and cheese.
- Bake uncovered until nachos are heated through and cheese is melted.
*Garnish with your favorite toppings.
