Good Morning Foodies! I am hoping the weather cooperates for this ELECTION DAY. A little rain won’t hurt you—GET OUT AND VOTE—HELP THOSE THAT NEED A RIDE TO GO VOTE! EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE A VOICE!!
Today’s menu is a nice one to have on hand if you are having gangs of people over to watch the election returns. This fettuccini can be doubled, tripled, etc. quite nicely to handle the number you might need. You can just add a nice salad if you like.
I threw in this fabulous RUM CAKE. This recipe comes from a friend of mine from Natchitoches. This is one of the best I have ever eaten. Quite nice to make because it is so easy. Great thing to have for the upcoming holidays.
