DELIGHTFUL CHERRY-PECAN BRIE

1/3 c. cherry preserves
1 T. balsamic vinegar
1/8 t. ground black pepper
1/8 t. salt
1 (16-oz.) Brie round (rind removed)
Chopped toasted pecans
1. Stir together the preserves, vinegar, pepper and salt in a bowl.
2. Drizzle over warm Brie round.
3. Top with chopped toasted pecans.
4. Serve with crackers
