Delightful Cheesy Monkey Bread
DELIGHTFUL CHEESY MONKEY BREAD
12 T. salted butter, melted and slightly cooled
3 (7.5-oz.) cans buttermilk biscuits (not flaky kind), keep cold
8 oz. Dill Havarti cheese, shredded or your favorite cheese
½ c. chopped fresh parsley
- Preheat oven 375.
- Brush a Bundt pan with melted butter, generously.
- Open all cans of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a large bowl, toss parsley and cheese.
- Place half of the biscuit pieces into the pan, covering most of the bottom.
- Drizzle half of the remaining melted butter on top of the biscuit layer.
- Sprinkle half of cheese/parsley mixture onto the biscuit layer.
- Layer the remaining biscuit pieces over the top and drizzle remaining melted butter.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese mixture on top.
- Bake 25-30 minutes until puffed and deep golden brown.
- Allow to cool 10 minutes in pan on a rack, then invert onto rack while still warm.
- When cool enough, place bread on platter or cutting board, cheese side up.
- Serve while warm and melty.
