Delightful Cheesy Monkey Bread

12 T. salted butter, melted and slightly cooled
3 (7.5-oz.) cans buttermilk biscuits (not flaky kind), keep cold
8 oz. Dill Havarti cheese, shredded or your favorite cheese
½ c. chopped fresh parsley

  1. Preheat oven 375.
  2. Brush a Bundt pan with melted butter, generously.
  3. Open all cans of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. In a large bowl, toss parsley and cheese.
  5. Place half of the biscuit pieces into the pan, covering most of the bottom.
  6. Drizzle half of the remaining melted butter on top of the biscuit layer.
  7. Sprinkle half of cheese/parsley mixture onto the biscuit layer.
  8. Layer the remaining biscuit pieces over the top and drizzle remaining melted butter.
  9. Sprinkle remaining cheese mixture on top.
  10. Bake 25-30 minutes until puffed and deep golden brown.
  11. Allow to cool 10 minutes in pan on a rack, then invert onto rack while still warm.
  12. When cool enough, place bread on platter or cutting board, cheese side up.
  13. Serve while warm and melty.
