Crispy Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

4 c. crispy chocolate rice cereal, or your favorite cereal or mixture of cereals
½ c. light brown sugar
½ c. light corn syrup
½ c. creamy or crunchy peanut butter

  1. Place cereal in a bowl.
  2. In saucepan, combine sugar and syrup and bring to boil.
  3. Boil for 1 minute, turn off heat.
  4. Stir in peanut butter then pour it over the cereal and stir immediately to combine and coat
  5. Press into greased mini muffin tins (need enough for about 3 dozen balls) and let cool to set for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Pop out and store at room temp.
