Cookie Pizza with Peanut Butter, Banana and Berries
Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb. 1.5-oz.) pouch of Betty Crocker peanut butter cookie mix
- ½ c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 c. sliced fresh strawberries or favorite berries
- Miniature chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Heat oven 350. With a pencil, trace 9”circle onto sheet of parchment paper. Place paper pencil side down on cookie sheet.
- Make cook dough following directions on package.
- Spread dough on parchment paper in even layer, keeping dough within shape of traced circle.
- Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes or until cookie is firm around edge and soft, but just done, in center. Remove from oven to cool.
- Spread peanut butter even layer on slightly warm cookie. Then cool completely.
- Arrange fruit on top. Sprinkle with chips and powdered sugar.
- Cut into wedges to serve.
Notes
****It is important to put fruit right before serving because fruit becomes juicy and makes dough soggy.
