Coco-Banana Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1 overripe banana
- ¼ c. peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 2 t. sugar
- 3 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ c. add-ins of your choice, such as chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried fruits
Instructions
- Mash banana in a large mug with a fork.
- Add the peanut butter and egg.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Stir in sugar and cocoa and beat until smooth.
- Fold in add-ins.
- Divide batter between two mugs.
- Microwave separately for 1 ½ to 2 ½ minutes each until risen and firm.
