CLOSING IN ON THE END OF THE MONTH WITH OPEN ARMS!

Good Morning Foodies!

Is it just me or am I saying “Here we are at the end of another month!”, again! Totally baffling to me how this happens!
First of all, the WEATHER this year has been UGLY, UGLY, UGLY—except for the PRETTY, PRETTY, PRETTY SNEAUX! I like to think of myself as “OUTDOORSY”—You know, being able to drink my WINE ON THE PATIO! Like my Momma would say, “KEEP YOUR FACE TOWARD THE SUNSHINE and YOU CAN NEVER SEE A SHADOW!”

Trying to stay motivated during this LENTEN SEASON and the coming of SPRING! I realize that sometimes the most ORDINARY THINGS could be made EXTRAORDINARY, simply by doing them with the RIGHT PEOPLE!

Always remember to START-where you are; USE-what you have; DO-what you can! With this in mind, what appears to be the END, may really be a new BEGINNING!
Just remember, BE CAREFUL when you BLINDLY follow the MASSES—sometimes the “M” is silent in that word/group!

Try to remember this: “DREAM HARD! WORK HARDER!”

I have a “CATERING EVENT”, sort of, this weekend for 5 couples. Therefore, the KITCHEN WILL BE CLOSED ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 26TH! Will be back on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 27TH!
