Chocolate Chip S'mores
Ingredients
- 16 Chips Ahoy Cookies, divided
- 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 t. Baker’s Angel Flake coconut
- 16 miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- Place 8 cookies, flat-sides up, on microwaveable plate.
- Top with some chocolate, coconut and marshmallow.
- Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds or until chocolate is almost melted.
- Cover with remaining cookies. Press down lightly to secure.
- Microwave 30 sec. or until cookies are warmed and chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
- Serve warm. Or cover and refrigerate 5-10 minutes or until filling is set.
Notes
*****Let kids get involved by using filling choices such as different candies and crushed cookies. If you want to use oven, set at 350. Top 8 cookies as done above. Place on foil covered baking sheet. Bake 4 minutes. Cover with remaining cookies, press down lightly to secure. Bake 2-4 more minutes until cookies are warmed and chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
