Ingredients
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 4-5 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 t. almond extract
  • 2-3 c. sweetened coconut
Instructions
  1. Beat the softened cream cheese with electric mixer, using paddle attachment. Beat until fluffy.
  2. Add powdered sugar, 1 c. at a time until mixture is a thick dough.
  3. The dough should hold shape in the 1” ball. If too sticky, add more sugar.
  4. Roll balls in coconut. Press to stick is necessary.
Notes
*****You can add food color to coconut if you want to add color for different holidays and events.
