Catherine's Bunny Tail Ruffles
Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 4-5 c. powdered sugar
- 1 t. almond extract
- 2-3 c. sweetened coconut
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese with electric mixer, using paddle attachment. Beat until fluffy.
- Add powdered sugar, 1 c. at a time until mixture is a thick dough.
- The dough should hold shape in the 1” ball. If too sticky, add more sugar.
- Roll balls in coconut. Press to stick is necessary.

*****You can add food color to coconut if you want to add color for different holidays and events.
