- 2 c. vanilla ice cream
- 3-4 T. brandy
- 3-4 T. white crème de cacao
- White chocolate shavings, garnish
- Combine the first 3 ingredients in food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Stopping once to scrape down the sides.
- Spoon evenly into glasses.
- Garnish with white chocolate shavings.
*****Makes 2 servings. I usually make several batches and put in freezer. Take out about 30-45 minutes before serving and run through processor again.
