Ingredients
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 6-8 packets of splenda
  • 1 t. vanilla flavoring
  • 8 oz. chopped pecans
  • 1 bag seedless grapes, both green and purple (about 2-3 cups)
  • *****Add any fruit in addition like pineapple, blueberries, cantaloupe, etc.
Instructions
  1. Mix the first four ingredients.
  2. Fold in pecans and grapes.
  3. Topping:
  4. T. butter, melted
  5. t. cinnamon
  6. T. brown sugar
  7. oz. pecans, halves
  8. pt. fresh strawberries, halved
  9. Mix the butter, cinnamon and brown sugar.
  10. Place on top of the grape salad part.
  11. Garnish with pecan and strawberry halves.
  12. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  13. Serve cold.
