Ingredients
  • 8 oz. fresh cauliflower florets
  • 1 c. panko bread crumbs
  • ⅓ c. freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt, black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • DIPPING SAUCE:
  • 2 T. catsup
  • 2 T. Miracle Whip, Mayo or Spicy Mayo
  • 1 T. honey
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients for the dipping sauce. Taste for adjustment to fit your taste. Cover in saran wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Preheat oven 400.
  3. Mix panko, parmesan, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Place the lightly beaten eggs in another bowl.
  5. Dip each floret in the egg, shake off excess and then dip in the panko mixture.
  6. Repeat this with each floret until each one is dipped twice.
  7. Spray a baking sheet with PAM.
  8. Place the breaded florets on the baking sheet.
  9. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, until tender and slightly golden.
  10. Serve with the dipping sauce.
