Ingredients
  • 6 crusty dinner rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 t. fresh chopped chives
  • 6 t. heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 t. freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Slice off top of each dinner roll and gently remove some of the bread until there is a hole large enough to accommodate the egg.
  2. Arrange rolls on baking sheet. Reserve tops of bread.
  3. Crack egg into each roll.
  4. Top each egg with chives and cream, salt and pepper. Then sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake in 350 oven until eggs are set and bread is toasted, about 20-30 minutes.
  6. After eggs have cooked 20 minutes, place bread tops on baking sheet and bake until golden brown.
  7. Let set for 5 minutes.
  8. Place top on rolls and serve warm.
Notes
****You can change up the herbs and cheeses. You can add bits of bacon, ham, etc.
