Amazing Crescent Roll Breakfast Ring

AMAZING CRESCENT ROLL BREAKFAST RING
5 eggs
¼ of each color bell pepper, chopped (red, yellow, orange, green)
Salt/black pepper to taste
8 slices bacon, cooked
8 oz. crescent rolls, refrigerated
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese or your favorite
1 beaten egg mixed with1-2 T. water, for egg wash
1. Set oven to 375.
2. Beat eggs with peppers and salt/pepper in a bowl.
3. Scramble them in skillet.
4. On baking sheet lined with parchment paper, lay out crescent rolls in a star shape.
5. Lay a piece of bacon on each piece of dough.
6. Top with half of the cheese.
7. Distribute the scrambled eggs around the ring and top with remaining cheese.
8. Fold the dough over and using a pastry brush, top with egg wash.
9. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until dough is cooked and a nice golden color
