Ingredients
  • ½ c. mayo
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 6 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled or ½ c. “Real” Bacon Bits
  • ½ c. Captain Rodney’s Glaze (any flavor)
Instructions
  1. Mix mayo, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and onions until well blended.
  2. Place in pie pan or similar dish that you will serve it in.
  3. Top with crackers.
  4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  5. Top with bacon and glaze.
  6. Serve with crackers/chips.
