“OLE-BAY SEASONING” GRILLED STEAK FRIES

Old Bay Seasoning, amount will vary with how much you use
6 large Idaho potatoes, cleaned
Salt
Olive oil
1. Place potatoes in pot of cold salted water.
2. Cook until tender but firm, about 8-10 minutes.
3. Drain, cool and cut each potato lengthwise into 8 slices.
4. Heat grill to high.
5. Brush the slices with olive oil and rub with Old Bay Seasoning.
6. Grill until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-8 minutes.
