4 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ c. pimiento-stuffed Spanish olives, finely chopped
1 T. chopped fresh chives
Red pepper
80 large toasted pecan halves
1. Stir together cream cheese, olives, chives and red pepper.
2. Spread onto 40 of the large toasted pecan halves.
3. Top with the remaining 40 pecan halves.
4. Press together to make like a sandwich.
5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
*****You can use flavored cream cheese and do a sweet type (for example strawberry flavored cream cheese with chopped cranberries, etc.)
